Pat directly manages and oversees property acquisitions and direct marketing. Starting his real estate career in 2017, Pat quickly became one of Jacksonville’s largest home buyers purchasing over 100 homes during his first year! Pat’s pure honesty and transparency and unique ability to listen to clients and find win-win solutions has elevated his success in a short period of time. Pat is often a featured speaker in local real estate groups and leads our networking group, YellowBird Connect. Pat earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. After graduation, he was commissioned as an Ensign in the USNR and sailed in the U.S Merchant Marine Fleet for 7 years traveling the world. How do you fit 15 years of business successes and failures in a few sentences? Brian Daly is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, strategic business investor, and advisor. He received a firehose of experience in real estate and asset management by overseeing over 2,000 REO sales for one of the big 4 banks between 2008-2011. In 2011 Brian left the corporate world to start a real estate investment company initially focused on rehabbing and selling single-family homes in San Diego. By 2016 (with too many bumps on the way to count) that company grew to almost $10m in revenue and 60 employees with 2 other business lines in commercial construction and multi-family syndication. But, by the end of 2016, Brian exited that company over partnership disagreements about the future direction of the company. He took 2 years off real estate and business ownership while he had the incredible fortune to work with Darren Hardy, one of the best business owner/CEO mentors in the world. In 2019, the entrepreneur itch became too strong, and Brian left to go back to the scary, thrilling world of investing and business building. Starting from a standstill, his new investment company, Blue Wave Investments, is on pace for over $800,000 in revenue in its first 12 months, while earning over 25% annualized ROI for its investors.

Chris Calise is a Co-Owner of Real Property Management & Realty, Inc. with experience in both real estate investing and portfolio management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst which is an elite investment designation that puts him and his company in a class of their own as it relates to property managers in the area. Rob Blakely and Jerrell Bass are both senior producers with the Welfont Group in Tampa, Florida. Their experiences and personalities came together to form a fruitful friendship, and their chemistry is palpable.
Rob was always interested in working with his hands, spending time as a carpenter in North Virginia and North Carolina at 18 years old. Soon after, he called Tampa Bay home; joining the Sunshine Development Group specializing in market-rate/affordable housing. Studying community real estate & development at the University of South Florida, Rob honed his skills in how to develop projects with layered financing and heavy tax incentives. After applying for a position at Welfont Group, with his application covered in “I love Jesus” writing, he soon became a solid fit within the company as the National Acquisitions Director.
After graduating with a BBA in Industrial Psychology & Marketing from East Carolina University, Jerrell pursued his passion for selling homes through connections with his fraternity brothers. Eight years later, he started his own construction company focused on developing custom homes. He formed a 501(c)(3) to benefit widows and widowers with custom-built, fully furnished homes during the market crash. After running into Rob Blakely of Welfont Group one morning, Jerrell soon became a Senior Acquisitions Manager at Welfont.
